This song actually taught me more about history than I got from school. I had 2 Iron Maiden albums on cassette and I would listen to them non stop. My walkman just kept flipping and I just kept listening. I walked to the library one time listening to this and got my first history book on Alexander the Great. One of the most interesting people in history. I still read about the subject frequently. I don't know how many people have began really looking into history because of the band but it was a point I remember even at around 14 years old I think.
