The beaches of Mazatlan have a constant steam of vendors selling almost anything you can find in the shops. Even live bands walk the beaches and will play for a fee. Once you talk to one though they all flock to you and you'll be surrounded the rest of the day. I wonder how many years this guy has been selling his puppets on the beach. If I see him on the next trip I promise to buy one. Trade for the memories this photo has brought me.
